    while not revealing your credit card information to us.

  • Q: Why don't you accept credit card payment directly on your website?
    A: We do not accept credit card payment directly on our website because we want to give you extra security by asking you not to reveal your credit card information to us. However, you can use your credit card to make a payment through the BPay system we provide.

  • Q: What payment methods do you accept?
    A: Jmz computers accepts several different methods, credit card (through BPay), cheque, bank cheque, money order and direct deposit.

  • Q:What is B-PAY?
    A.BPAY is Australia's first centralised electronic bill payment service. BPAY is a special feature of phone and internet banking requiring customers to make just one call to their financial institution to pay virtually all of their bills. And they can be provided with the choice of paying you from their credit card, savings or cheque accounts.

  • Q:How do I cancel my order?
    A: DO NOT OPEN the product packaging. If you decide that you no longer require what you ordered, please Email returns@jmz.com.au. We will cancel any order before it has left our warehouse with no cancellation fee (not including software licenses). If the order has left our warehouse, you may return a product within 14 days of receipt if it has not been opened and is in resale condition subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Q:Who will deliver my products?
    A:For interstate orders we use AustraliaPost. For Sydney Metropolitan Area orders we use Courier Please.

  • Q:When will I receive my order?
    A: We usualy ship the good in 24 hours after we recieve your payment.

  • Q:What should I do when I receive my goods?
    A: When you receive your order, check the product packaging BEFORE OPENING: 1. Check that you have received all the products that you ordered 2. Check that it is the product that you wanted 3. Check that it meets your system requirements.

  • Q:How do I return faulty goods?
    A: If you feel that your parcel has arrived in less than acceptable condition or appears to have been opened, please email returns@jmz.com.au as soon as possible after receiving the order. If your product has arrived faulty, then your product can be exchanged with Jmz.com.au, within 14 days.In these circumstances E-Store will pay for the cost of returning the goods to JMZ computers.

  • Q:What if this isnít what I ordered?
    A: If you receive an item you did not order, please DO NOT OPEN the product packaging. Contact JMZ Computers immediately and we will organise the return and replacement of the item.
